Tecblend ®
PC/ABS and PC/ASA alloy
The Tecblend® range includes several types of PC/ABS and PC/ASA alloys with different characteristics for general purpose, good fluidity, heat resistance, flame retardant and fiberglass reinforced.
All products are available natural and coloured to sample, RAL, NCS, PANTONE, special effects, metallised, glitter, pearly, and with different additives, such as antistatic, anti-UV, antibacterial and more.
The excellent aesthetics, good shock resistance and good thermal properties of Tecblend® make it suitable for numerous applications in different fields, such as electrical and electronic, automotive, household appliances and many technical applications.

General Information
Transformation
When processing Tecblend® the following transformation conditions are recommended:
–Cylinder temperature 230°C to 280°C;
–Mould temperature 50°C to 90°C;
–Dehumidification 3 hours at 90°C.
Recycling
Any waste from processing can be re-used after grinding; the user must check suitability according to the application for which it must be used.
Packaging and storage
Tecblend® comes in several types of packing: 20-25kg paper or plastic bags, 1000kg octabins or big bags. We advise storing the product indoors, away from humidity and sources of heat.
